Re: 427 Cobra

I'm not too fond of your fenders, and the lower intake on the front is a bit off.
Other than that it's a great start

Re: 427 Cobra

Gonna adjust the fenders and that lower spoiler is still a work in progress.
Added some wheels and tires.

Re: 427 Cobra

Yes something looks off on the fenders and nose.* For some reason, the front fenders look better in the first pic than the one with the tires. Great start though...* dont give up!!!

Re: 427 Cobra

Still not happy with that bottom intake
And those verticle intakes look too close to the headlights. That could be me though
And the skirts should be curved.

Other than that, I like it

More tweaking to body, the vents are hard to get right. I think it's getting closer.

Re: 427 Cobra

Thanks for the links some excellent ref pics. Unfortunately I'm still a rookie at this and trying to get the right shape is still a long and drawn out process for me.

Re: 427 Cobra

Thanks I'm happy with the last renders. But I have a real problem getting the shadows under the car. I use a vraymtlmapper and put a vraymtl in the difuse slot. when I render I can still see a faint outline of the plane under the car. Any ideas? I try to set the vraymtl transparent.

The exhaust material is rubber ,oops. Tried to get a mat finish.
The angle on the windshield looks ok but I need to lengthen it again. I will still keep changing everything until it looks better.

Angular? Ya the corners are too sharp. Thanks Scoobs didn''t get it until I posted my last reply.
