Porsche 911 carrerra S ( just started )

here are the beginnings of a model of the 991 carerra S ( will be 2005 model )
This car will be going into a simulation game as a mod. Im pretty new to modelling and wonder if someone can tell me if i do anything wrong in the frontend so far or are there any better more optimal ways i could do something. Cheers,\

Reduce the amount of polygons, it is very saturated in your wires. Unless you get every point perfect you will get a lot of bumps from having a lot of polys. If its for a game then i think it is necassary to have as little as possible, nfs mw cars are around 30 - 40 k polygons i hear. Anyways good luck and keep it up.

remember , games can handle tri(3) sides poly gon, dont be afraid to use them so you will not have to add a adge lopp where it not nesesery.

i dont think so, that this technique is for beginers, just look at the amouth of polies on the start of the hood, it will be DAMN hard to model
but as you wish, anyway nice job on the front

I have lessoned alot of the poly. Here is a render with no smoothing currently on.

cool got a bit of help from a guy on IRC and have cut down poly's on the side and even a few more around the lights.

will hopefully show a pic tomorrow arvo of a much improved front
