Re: ______ - XSImatrix

srry guys for the first gay post, my internet is acting up.

So, for the car I was thinkin of either a Euro or an Import.

-Porsche
-Nissan
-Toyota
-Mercedes
-Lotus

Must have blueprints, and not a concept.

Re: ______ - XSImatrix

Those wheels are too muscular looking for mercedes. If you go nissan itd have to be silvia, skyline, or 300zx. Porsche could work if you increase the diameter of the spokes, they like to show off those monstrous discs and calipers. Would look good as is on an Elise or Exige, but not an Esprit.

I think itd be cool if you tried to model the exige, you could probably get away with using elise prints and I think it'd be an original model

Thats all just my opinion, anyway...

Re: ______ - XSImatrix

i take it you have never heard of VIP style spizzy.. those wheels are perfect for a bad boy merc Say a mercedes S55 AMG .. deep dish all the way.. if u had wider ones on the back and narrow ones at the front ...

would look great.. make a gangsta pimp merc.... thats what i would do..

Re: ______ - XSImatrix

I've seen plenty of mercedes like that in real life and magazines, I think they all look hideous  Mercs are pretty strange looking cars to begin with, you can't just slap on bling rims and make it gangstalicious or whatever cause they have a balance of design you should try to maintain. When you do that you get a lot of people seeing a mercedes and saying "nice rims" instead of "nice mercedes." You shouldn't look at a $50-120k car and oggle the rims...

Re: ______ - XSImatrix

yeah its all down to personally taste i say.. i agree with ya though on the rims thing. but my point was that deep dish wheels on a executive car look good... why not try making a LS430 Lexus.. thats another great car..

Re: ______ - XSImatrix

From those brands I'd say those rims would suit Merc best. How about making old Mercedes like W123 or W124

Re: ______ - XSImatrix

hey guys! thanks for the posts and wow... nice arguement up their hehe its all good though.

I like most of the cars suggested, actually was thinking of doing an elise or exige, problem being the blueprints for the exige theirs like nothing out their, and the elise has 1 that i think lines up, not sure, I have to ask icekid on that one.

CLK is really nice, maybe i should do the AMG one.

Same goes for the CLS and other S class. Gotta check out some more ref.

W123/124 are both amazing cars but dont suit this project.

Porsche....hmm...Ive never had a good experience with a porsche project yet But my brake system idea has come from the porsche in my garage now
