Re: New Challenger

looks like a nice start. can we see more angles (and better renders)?

Are you just doing this from reference photos oir do you have a set of blueprints?

Re: New Challenger

I don't have any blueprints, just the photos from road and track. I'm new to this forum and 3D modeling. I just could not believe what you guys were making and I got totally infected with the 3D bug. I've been working in Maya for a month now and this is my 8th car, so I'm not unhappy with it. I do need to learn about textures and rendering, any advice would be helpful, I'm using Maya 7. At this time this is about the best I can do with what I know. I have got some tutorials from Daniel Buck and I can't wait to start making some cool wheels and tires.

Re: New Challenger

Yea, a little bumpy, hard to predict what the T/A version might look like. I'm not happy with the spoilers and I think I'm going to turn the side scoops in instead of sticking out. In the meantime I'm trying out some stripes. What do you think?

Re: New Challenger

The stripings run above the sharp edge everywhere, except on the place behind the door, check that

Nice work though But I think your front isn't sharp enough.
