3d Mobil 1 NSX Help

I don稚 really know what to say other than I知 16, I知 self taught in 3d max which I have been learning for about the past 3-4 weeks. I have been attempting to model a Mobil 1 NSX with poly modeling. I have gotten this far, only using tutorials and reading about other models on the forums. But unfortunately I am completely stuck and I have not idea what to do anymore mainly as far as chamfering, beveling, smoothing groups, and adding details. Any comments are more then welcome.

Thanks

I知 also having trouble setting up a HDRI scene, does anyone know of any very good, detailed tutorials?

Hi Ben549

You look like you are on the right track, I cannot give too much advise as I am new to this as well. Try this link and under free tutorials in 3ds max there are some good tutorials.

You may need to register, but that is free.
From what I can see of the model other than no render, it looks clean, keep up the good work and I will keep an eye on this models progress.

Indeed your on the right track. Now what type of modeling are you going for? High or low poly?
If high i will be uploading my video tutorials on modeling a toyota supra, or parts of it. that might help you.

Re: 3d Mobil 1 NSX Help

You appear to have a really nice start there... Can you show a clay render using the derault Scanline render? What 3D App are you using and what render engines to you have access to, as that will make a difference in how you setup an HDRI Scene.

Some Good Tutorials that I've used:

Re: 3d Mobil 1 NSX Help
