BMW M3 CSL

I know this has been done before, but I like the car, and I have some reference pics, so I'm gonna model it anyway. I hope it's not too boring a choice!

Anyway, I'm currently working on the front end. Still needs a lot of tweaks, but the basic shape is there.

Critiques welcome.

Beautiful work on that BMW so far structure looks nice and the smoothing is even nicer in that render. Motorcycle is very nice too however I'm not much of a cycle person.

Re: BMW M3 CSL

Thanks for the comments, I'm going to work on it some more tomight and post an update tomorrow.

Nighteye, I'll check into that corner. I probably need to redirect the flow a little.

By the way, have you guys been on the bmw website lately. Each car's main page seems to have a pdf link to download the car's brochure, and within each brochure are a full set of high res blueprints, plus the car dimensions. Saves you going to your local dealer and acting like you're going to buy a car, just to get the free brochure

One last thing. Does anybody know what the grill in the hoods cutaway looks like? I can't find a reference pic that gets close enough to see it clearly. Kinda looks like a hexagonal grill maybe?

Re: BMW M3 CSL

Added some details. I need to tweak some polys now as a lost a little smoothness while adding the BMW logo. Also that little ridge just forward of the wheel arch was a real butt kicker to get close to right.

Any help on that grill shape?
