Opel Astra GTC (Custom)

I decided to put my Camaro on hold, which was initally for this contest. As it is pure free-hand modelling, I will need some more time. For those of you who want to see it, here is an early picture http://img34.imageshack.us/my.php?image=camcon38go.jpg

For this contest I have now chosen an Opel Astra GTC. Not the most exciting car out there, but I find it to be one of the best looking Opels ever.
Hopefully I will learn some texturing techniques from this contest

I'm modeling now, but when I'm "done", I'll catch you on MSN
But my secret is quite easy: Don't use Atlas I'll explain

Lovely rims btw, but they seem a bit big.. Looks like the car has 30cm ground clearance now

Aha, no atlas Talk to you later then.

Hmm, the 'sideskirts' and bumpers are not done yet, but yes, now that I look at the wheels, they do seem a little big; especially the tyres. The spokes need some adjustments as well
