well haven't tried much anymore with the tires.. instead I came up with an awsome idea on which I'm not gonna say to much right now...

but a bigger problem is a bug I came acros... while doing the interiour.
you can check the attachments for all the renders.
I just keep getting a buggy corner at a curtain place and I don't know why.
The other corners (pic 7) are done in the exact same way but they don't seem to have it (see the first picture to see what I'm talking about)... now I took a good look at the wire and saw that because of the chamfering I got an polygon with 5 edges. So I welded the chamfer back together (pic 5) and then I got picture 6 as a result... even worse... could anyone draw me a little plan on my wire to show me how to fix this?

Hmmm... this is the only thing i can think of just now. check example pic hope this helps u good luck

won't I get a rounded corner then?
Well anyway guess it can't hurt to try

yeah you will probably get a round corner if you weld those vertices, to avoid those corners, that's what chamfering is for...

alright i marked a tri into your example. i don't think it will do much harm, you will have to try it out.
