You've got waaay too many polies for a game model :roll:
You can cut half of the hood, etc..

you could cut loads of polies like said aboce but also since you do not need to chamfer or make any edges hard since they are already hard

as already said, no need to chamfer and no need to stick to quads! since you aren't going to use meshsmooth or turbosmooth you can use as many tri's as you want! so i might recommend you start to cut down most of the polys on the hood.

also your wheel arch is just too detailed you could do with much less everywhere
