I think this looks a bit nicer, concerning the painting (note the front, grille, mirror)
Also, check your border of the blue along the side (fender, and above the doorhandles)
Some other rims would, indeed, be a lot nicer too.. But don't mind my quick photoshop

As for decals, why have them? Just the painting, something like this, should be enough IMO..
Just an idea, you can do whatever you want

Perhaps even the grille and/or mirrors yellow too?
