hey got a little update, done badge now i think,

i have also done the front grill surround and the front wing indent thingy hehe, and now the window seal on the side anyway,

with the back bumper all it was is the reflection i was moving polys and everythin and they looked fine and it never changed hehe, so then took floor off and it was fine,

C&C's welcome

alright i've been on a LAN party the last 3 days so today i can finally comment some more on your car

alright the front has a couple of issues. maybe you could attempt and make a render with a similar angle like the ref pic in my link.

http://www.desktopmachine.com/framep...2586&size=1600

the rear looks very nice now. just mind that the bend directly under the badge on the trunk isn't that strongly bent as you have it done.

i suggest you get away from that weird paint junk until the end after modeling, stick to clay renders while in progress

not really. thanks to the paint you could see some bends he made that are actually wrong. clays can't give you such a good impression of wrong bends on a model.

the seam i was pointing out in the front looks fine.

just the edge where it goes past the headlights is rounder than you actually made it

those vertical grill stripes are too wide.

Hehe you're getting beaten up v12
But S][M is doing a nice job critisizing you, and you're doing a great job fixing it I think that deserves a "thumbs up" for both of you

The rim looks sweet Not sure about accuracy, but this time S][M will take over from me, lol
Just a little crease where the two spokes join at the end.

@NE hehe thx, no need to say that, it just embarrasses me

i love this car, it's just so hard to make. so i'm really enjoying what V12 is doing right here. those *thumbs up* go to him, not me

as for the rim i haven't taken a close look yet at it... but let's see about it

Edit:
ref pic and also good as blueprint: http://www.desktopmachine.com/framep...2582&size=1600
alright after a first glance at your rim i can see the following
(i'm not sure how far you are yet with it, so maybe some of my crits aren't fair)

- generally you can say that your edges along the spokes are too round (red line)
- the blue line is straight. the bolt holes don't have that edge on the inside.
- the pink edge must be a lot sharper
- green, inaccurate bend
- black (i hope you can see it ) this crease needs to be rounder
- you'r missing the ///M detail on the rim

hey, thanks S][M, yes it is a real nice car,

hehe beat u to it with that ref pic, have fixed all the things you pionted out, i couldnt quite tell b4 if it was sharp enough or not but it was not as you spotted, think it is ok now,
just need to do the tyre and texture, or i could actually model the badge lol add that extra detail:?,

thanks alot for the help, will post pic of car abit later,

hmm i guess you misinterpreted my crit on the black line i painted. right now you made it even sharper instead of rounder. it's not supposed to be like this L when you look at it from the side, it should be a lot rounder. (where the red arrow is)

and you still got that nasty bump, that NE pointed out, where the spoke attaches to the outer ring of your rim (small red circle)

Very sexy indeed You might want to get a higher res texture for the badges though
