This is only my 3rd attempt at modelling so be easy. It's not quite done yet, have s few touches to modeling then need to figure textures out.

Looks nice and simple, i cant see a single problem in the mesh yet good job. Now try and look for accuracy for bonus, e.g. make front grill etc. etc. good luck

I think i might do it with textures because I plan on putting it in a game, so no real use in wasting too many polys. I have to figure out how to do a halfway decent interior alos...hmmmm

Hi Navalhawkeye! Not too bad for a beginner. It looks like you have a pretty good concept of modeling overall shapes and the surfaces and edges look pretty clean (it would be easier to tell with an HDRI render or a wireframe). Just curious about your screen name, I guess you were either aircrew or maintenance on E-2C's. I was an Avionics Technician on F-14A Tomcats and F/A-18F Superhornets. What squadron were you in? Anyway, keep working on it and I would like to see more updates.

Excuses are tools of the incompetent, building monuments of nothingness. Those who specialize in them seldom accomplish anything.

Thanks for all the comments!! I'm not actually in the Navy, but my Dad worked on a carrier (BTW I am 15), so yea. I'll post a few more pics, once I figure this render stuff out.
