lol nice thinking. It looks great but one thing... even with the roof on it, you still got the large hole between the headrests, now call me crazy, but when it rains... I don't think that roof will make alot of difference because the water will still poor in... could always move to the Sahara off course but that doesn't seems practical So do you have a solution for that?
btw I really like the white one, it looks "special", so it fits this car perfectly

wow, those white-paint renders look amazing. good lookin car but I think you should put more detail into the engine cover, maybe just some contours and shapes in it or something.

the roll bars remind me a bit of the carrera gt

darth carth: I already thought about the gap. It will probably be filled with glass, it's just not shown in the pic.

Spizzy: yea that area is wip and will have further detailing to go so there will be some sharp defined lines. Yup I got some inspiration from the Carrera GT.

Thanks for the comments guys! More to come soon!

Hi all. I hope yall had a nice holiday last week, well those in USA anyways. I've begun work on the interior as the exterior is pretty much done. It will need to be finalized of course. I am loosely making the interior to the original, changing what is needed since it's a sypder. The more I work on this car the more beautiful the Enzo is to me. The designers are genius for coming up with such a sophistated car but yet so simple at first glance, almost a minimalist act. Just some renderings and a quick interior shot of what I've done so far. More to come soon. Please, C&C.

Thanks for the comments yall!

darth carth:
Well, its rendered in Lightwave.
254, 247, 224 for the RGB respectively in order.
70% Diffuse
30% Specular, 20% Gloss
Reflection has a slope/ramp map on the incidence angle from 60-5 from 0 degrees to 90 degrees.
Bump map 100% - Turbulance or pretty much any other non-uniform bump at 1um for the xyz size.
Then there is a gradient backdrop Black to white for the sky and all black ground. That coupled with Fprime and some radiosity intensity set to 200%. That's pretty much the scene. And the plane also has a incidence gradient of blue to white.

More to come soon!

Gots some more interior done. Pretty much done with the dash and steering wheel and such. Now the door panels and then just minor details to the rest of the car and I can wrap it up and get back to my other project that I am feeling very ambitious about. C&C please!

Those seats look a bit bland imo. Also, they're too close together or something in the front 3/4 shot of the last series of pics. Otherwise, looks quite good

I love the idea, looks great
Just one thing bothers me.. The rear lights. As if they are too big, too high, something like that.. Not sure.

CodeRed-Those seats are just temporary for now. i will be making the real seats soon. Right now I just position the seats by centering it to the steering wheel and they aren't the seats that meant for the enzo so they look kinda weird.

Nighteye-I think they may be slightly bigger than its supposed to be, but I've done some comparision to most ref pics and they look pretty close. And of course I followed the blueprint closely. I think its just the odd positioning and styling of the bullet tailights.

Thanks for the comments guys! I hope to be finished soon.

Car body is a bit grainy, and I think that the rear lights kind of pop out too much. Excellent work though. Give it a red paint and it'll really look beautiful

it looks very nice gj on it

and no don't ruin it by a red paint, this white one rules
as for those lights I think they LOOK so big because this is a Spider now... No roof gives a car whole new perspective.

but man I love the @ss on this one XD
