Ferrari Enzo Spider

This is a project I'm working on out of a request from someone that saw my old Gallardo WIP. I just started not too long ago in Rhino and here is what I have so far. I'm still trying to find the right design for the area behind the seats. I could go the F430 spider direction but I want one that feels like it belongs to the enzo with the sharps corners maybe. More to come soon! C&C please!

No they don't come like that from production. If someone was crazy enough and had enough money they could chop off the top, but I doubt there that crazy. It's not really my idea, some people have made toys of a Enzo spider or renderings I think.

I think that it looks really good so far. Have you looked at the F50? they are all spyders that don't have a soft top. I think that if someone is crazy enough to wreck an Enzo, then I'm sure that someone would be crazy enough to cut the top off...

i personally would make the "hood" section more like the F50 spider

i think it would fit the car better rather than just being flat like that

Do the "hood" something like on the F430: http://www.autopress.be/images/ESSAI...20SPIDER_4.jpg

Thanks for the comments and suggetion guys!

Just a quick update of wires with more details being added. Like I said, I want something closer to the sharp curves of the enzo instead of the over curviness of the f50 and f430. I have an idea of what I may do, but I will save it til after I do more details of the rest of the car. Then I can just focus on that part when I'm ready. C&C?

I think that this model looks very good so far and however you do the deck lid/engine cover will look great. I just can't wait to see what you come up with. I agree with you shinranryul, you should use your own creative intuition. Before, I was just suggesting the F50 for inspiration, not to "transplant" those parts onto the Enzo. Keep posting

Thanks for the comment nateLFO!

Alright, some progress since last time. Did some more details and got some radiosity renders now. The wheels and seats are from previous projects. They are just there as a filler for now. I've been asked by the requestor to use the F430 style hood so I may make variants of the headrest/hood area (the F430 stlyle, my own and maybe even the real hardtop), but I must get the seats positioned so I can plan the the headrest. C&C please!
