Here is a small update to keep the thread alive.
I made some tweaks, and finished the headlight. Not 100% accurate, but it's simple...The car was originaly started for a SEMA competition on MM2C. I will be doing new bumpers and smoking the lights, but here is a picture...

They are just progress shots...I am not going to wait a half hour per picture just to update you on progress.

When I am satisfied I will put better textures and an HDR image in.

New renders. I am trying to get a couple new tutorials, but I should have some more detail here in a couple days.

Rims look good, but paints a bit too reflective and the glass is way too reflective

Here is my referance for the paint. http://stratous.250free.com/My_Truck/100_0468.jpg I know it's true reflections, because it's my truck and I took the picture. I think the reflection is good, but the crispness of the reflection is a little blury. I will work on it some more...none of the materials are the finals, but this way I am getting good render times...They take about 1 and half minutes each with the defauly scanline renderer.

The windows are just temporary, in the end they will look dark and tinted.

I softened the reflections, and added a roof. The roof has a wierd crease at the back corner that you can see in the render...I will try to fix it.
And all the windows have the same texture on them, it's wierd the difference in reflections.
