Damn, characters, I bet that's a whole other thing than cars. Would you mind posting a wireframe of that dinosaur ? I'd be very interested in seeing how you did such a great job.

Not sure about the teeth on the dinosaur. If you're modeling a character, even if you don't want to go into rigging and animating it, it's probably best to set it up so that it will animate properly and well. Due to the fairly limited movements of this thing, the body joints should hold fairly well, as far as I know, but the thing's mouth closes, and you've got teeth protruding through the top and/or bottom of the head. I'd recommend splitting the teeth plane up and separating them from eachother so if the mouth were to close, it'd solve two potential problems. 1.) teeth protruding out of head, or 2.) teeth scaling down in size as mouth closes...

ah, that makes sense... heh. Talk about pushing them polys. splitting the teeth would add exactly 6 tri's to the model, if I'm seeing things right. If, instead of square faces for the claws, you were to use a single triangle unwrapped fairly loosely around the claw texture (which the one by the tongue would work better, there's actually 2 in the map) That way the geometry defining the claws might be larger, but you'd save exactly 6 triangles using that technique.

But regardless, the model is really nice.
