Good start just have to work on the accurcy. Be warned the area from the b-pillar to the vents for the radiators is the hardest area to get right.

in all honesty that paint doesnt look TOO bad BUT maybe you should use the chamfer tool a bit more on those edges on the bottom and on the creases on the hood lines, really good for a second car though, just like everyone else said just make sure to take a close look at reference pics, keep it up!! and good luck!

check this out, for all the corners on your model (detached parts, use this method to get them sharp. Also its good practise to double chamfer your edges(the ones that will be creating the creases)

1. Chamfer and delete polygons that will give you gap between body part
2. Extrude edges inwards
3. Select all the edges on along border (not the edge that was just extrude the other dummy )
4. Chamfer with medium size amount
5. Select the most inward edge from that chamfer and chamfer that edgeloop with a much smaller size.

ex. First chamfer =1
Second chamfer = 0.2

also, chamfer your corner edge with a small amount (0.1-0.5 or soo)

Looking dead sexy, just make those seams alittle sharper, just a tad, and make sure that they are aligned on the side door there, im not an expert at lambo's but seems like theres a decent side gap on the back side of the door, but could be just at that angle, but in other words looking good keep it up!

not lookin too bad so far. you have to raise the iterations of your meshsmooth though ( e.g. 2 to 3 ) so that the edges are rounder. Apart from that, look at ref pics to try and make it accurate and then make sure that the seams all line up and it'll look much better

A Small update. Tommorrow will be a big update where I focus on the back half of the model. Anyways these are some test renders with Mental Ray in 3dsmax 8. The only difference between the two is the reflection/enviroment map added on the second render. As you can see I desperatly need help on materials (car paint).

oh man thats bright!! ok all you have to do to fix that i think is just turn down the glossiness on the material, there are tutorials on how to make good car paint on mental ray that you can find on this website!! just look at the textures and materials forum on here and im sure you will find some handy information on materials, the best way to learn max is to do tons of tutorials on various stuff and learn all of the many tools max has to offer, looking good though keep up the good work!
