I still prefer the first ones you showed ! Anyway, great work, I'm always amazed by the level of detail needed to make a moto realistic.

Currently project : Lamborghini Murcielago LP640 Roadster

well about the engine... it isn't that impossible to even get a V10 in it, Dodge did it http://www.bikeland.ru/upload/image_...paper_1091.jpg
but I guess that won't work to good on a racing bike also doesn't look very comfy
anyway why a V2? why not a 4 in line like the other big boys(Yamaha R1)?
but yeah your choice a V2 could work, just won't be so smooth as a 4 cylinder... awell

anyway about the bike, love the rim, love the chassis, love the tank,... I actually love this whole thing
and as for those vents on the tank, I've been on a bike in the summer and I can tell you after a drive an a warm engine it can get really hot, so why not some sort of ventilation for the pilot? Just a toughed...

IDEA: well what if they're radiators. hot air will cool down. could work like a cooler.

as for the engine. seemed an inline 4 would get broad, then i remembered the 999r (90 v twin). another point was many italian bikes have vee twins(ducatis, bimotas)

and the engine will get more details(bolts, pipes, n stuff).
i will reconstruct the frame around this engine again (possibly a trellis or a monocoque). the body might get some minor changes too owing to the changes in the frame. then come the panels, next the radiators and stuff, then all the piping and wiring.

V-twin engine does not seem appropriate for a Lambo bike, if you ask me. V-twin's are mostly lower revving, torque based engines for cruising, less high performance. That V4 is way more appropriate, just changed the oriantation on it or scale it a bit

yeah I can see where you are going here, most of those italian bikes have a V twin, so yeah maybe it is just MORE appropriat for a V twin to be used in a Lambo... Anyway your call, just keep up the good work no matter what kind of an engine you put into it.

ps: any idea on how large the displacement will be?

you know like when (hot)air's blowing and you have a wet blanket in front of your face, your face would feel cool. evaporation causes cooling.

as for engine capacity. can tell when it's done, cause i would make an estimate out of the overall length of motorcycle and final scale of the engine.

the truth behind the inspiration for the vee twin is the honda xaxis concept(otherwise called NAS). hate 'em for not putting it into production.

very nice man...
just one thing, I don't know if anyone else has it too.. but the render has all these white and black smudges in it... if it isn't just me, maybe you can save the jpg's on a higher quality?
