360 spider dirt map

hi all, i was just trying a little bit of dirt mapping on my car. its probably aweful but still ur comments and critiques are welcome.
(can neone plz show a sample texture of a dirt map for ref it could be very small in size, i just need the idea. )

well, to start off, you'll need reflectivity masks and specular level maps to mask off the muddy areas to get them non-reflective/shiney...

as for reference pics, I don't have any

thanx for the quick reply the thing is i am aware of the specular map but the others i have no clue what they are so can u suggest ne good tutorial or ne such thing that can help me persuit my objective i'll be greatful

basicallly a specular map is like a opacity map, where u get black is non-reflective and white is reflective, and everything in between. So for ur mud, perharps u create a new map, black out the muddy areas, then apply that to ur specular ?
