Murcielago.

I have once again tried the murcielago(Done it 3 times already, even twice completed). Here are some pretty early wips, and a material test. By now i have the inside of door done. I think my scoop, engine compartmrnt(or whatever it's called) and the luggage compartment aren't very accurate. With the interior i've tried to go for detail rather than accuracy. The pinches on the rear have been fixed will keep updated.

And do comment or suggest about the material, it's kinda something new. the render time on that material test was 24 minutes with lighttracer, and mental ray just seems to run out of memory most of the time. So will apprecite help in this regard.

CnC Welcome.

I like the material a lot, and the detail is also quite fantastic, even at this stage. Keep it up

Headlights are looking great but there's a gap between top of you're headlights and hood.

thanx, yes i work at 1 iterations, and render at three. Actually the problem lies in the fact that i use shell modifier awful lot. Right now i'm just too far to do anything about that (Could be done but will take a lotta time, might mean changin lotta things). My next car however i'm gonna model in max 3.0, so i don't use the shell modifier.

lil update,
