erm... i guess this is just custom... (not hot rod*)

*Hot Rod - A production car that has been modified by the owner in the attempt to increase acceleration and top end speed. the term can be applied to any vehicles produced from 1930 to 1940's.

anyways this kinda reminds of those weird (read ugly) looking customs from mid 50's that were build in usa....
