well my advice to you: follow a zmod tutorial. superwes88 started one for zmod2, it covers thevery basics. so i would recommend you that one

Hmm, it really reminds me about myself earlier, but I learned also and you must use less polie's you may also calculate normals, move them and you may also would do something good in placing the "axis" on a better place during your modelling

Good luck with this project. I tried a 2002 a while back and gave up pretty early. Maybe you can get me into trying one again, like Grungy did with his towncar.
