I don't have any problem with you. I have a problem with people who post useless comments. Like your "lambo on the front, ferrari on the rear"-post. It's completely useless. Try to give some criticism, comments, whatever, but you always post useless comments. That is my problem.

Ok, I includes/understands why message A was published ! For the bump I believe that that comes from map HDRI, but I am not on

PS: Yes is a melange of a Murcielago , XJ220, Shelby Serie One , 360 Modena

Looks nice and stylish. Reminds me alot of the new Noble M15. You might want to look at some pictures of the Noble, you might get some ideas. It's a beautiful car.

For the road it is very simple. It is enough to take a shader carrosery and you put your texture into diffuse is in bump. Then put the GI and a HDRI.
