BMW M3 E30

didnt want to go find the old topic, and this is a complete remake of the old car.

still needs some tweaking, a lot of the bumps are caused by a lack of tri's in the area. was modeled in zmod 2 with quads, displayed in zmod1 becuase i have yet to figure out all the functions of zmod2. some wastage as well, the side of the car isnt the best to model imo, the front and back will be better

indeed... mostly becuase there is only one row there, so it looks more bumpy than it should with the shape of the car

anyways, heres an update in zmod2 now that I understand the 3d window features better

the hood area has too many polies imo as it is also a near flat surface.

nice job on the model though

the reson there may be some wastage on some places (example: the hood) is becuase I am mostly a game modeler, and the game usually has damage, so in order to get it to damage and crumple right, the polies have to flow straight and not be merged together to crete less rows, or odd shapes occur

thanks btw

@Coldflame, do you mean near the end of the hood? I fixed that into a more smooth shape, but id like if you could be specific with the place
