Peterbilt 359

so my latest project
my limits will be:
2500 tris for base and 2000 for trailer with wood
and about texture: 2x1024x1024 + 1x256x256

thats awesome for a very low poly model, my only crit is that your air horns arent suppose to be tilted into the cab like that, and the 359s have an air hose going into the engine through the hood (kenworth style)

thanks polar, well, this version will be a mix of more peterbilts
i did a progress, 3973 faces
and i think, that base of truck is done, now 2 versions of trailer needs to be done

You could save some polies by making the wheel arches alpha transparent.

what's with the odd glitches on the surface? In the bottom picture the back of the front left wheel arch has it, and the wheel arch in the back left has it a tad too... in the top picture, the glitches are noticable in the wheel arches and on the mudflap-looking thing, in front of the tractor's two rear wheel sets...

other than that, which might be a shadow issue, it looks pretty good.

Oh, and the airhorns look like the center of the horn is bulged outwards instead of inwards, like a trumpet shape? That's fairly odd, unless I'm seeing it wrong

well, those errors on mesh are caused by lighting, i didnt have much time to left more photons going into scene
more details added with 5838 tris

maybe this image will explain those horns
