That is 2 days of work, no tutorials now it looks like normal charger but i'll change it when i ll find blueprints.
Ps if someone have the blueprints for even normal Charger i would be very happy if he sent it to me.

just compare ur car with redstar's cuse hes got the bps and hes making this car for a tut.

actually I think that if I recall correctly, he mentioned that the bp isn't exactly sold with it, but that it was more like an extra included with the tutorial.

Could be wrong tough, guess it can't hurt to ask him in a PM :?

I don't wanna speak for him, but I highly doubt he's going to give them away. They're not being SOLD, as Darth said, but more of an added gift with the tutorials. It's an attraction item.
