paint looks kind of extreme imo. sort of 2 tone with metal flake effect. but well i guess you want it that way

Yeah im still stuffing around with it, i just want a nice black with gold fleck. I think its too reflective atm too.

Thanks Tyoung i think it does. Im having another problem now. I'm trying to make some Angel eye headlights, and when i render with materials on, it comes out really dark. Heres a pic of both materials and clay. Headlight are nowhere near finished.

maybe the material isnt refractive enough? i find it can go dark pretty quick unless the refraction colour is near pure white

Well i want the inside of it to be black but the round bits are chrome.but i think its just reflecting the blackness of the inside

oh...i thought there was glass in front

theres probably nothing for them to reflect, i think you only had one light which was above the car?

The IC is pretty much right. The headlights reflect what's in the vray reflection/refraction environment slot. So if that is black, the reflections will be very dark.

cool tire amterial, loks really sweet. the tire tread is a bit deep imo though.

rim material still looks very weird to me... like it's some kind of pudding

A birdgestone potenza sidewall bitmap, found it 1 day, Dont know where though. might have been on this site. Thanks for the comments guys.
@Silent im still working on the rim material, have darkened the material some more, so it might not look like pudding
