Thanks alot for the comments guys!

My clay settings are really easy:
I use a VRayMtl with the diffuse color set to RGB:
250
255
228
Then I will use 1 or 2 low intensity omni lights with vray shadows turned on unless im doing a black background.
And posted bellow are my vray settings
note: setting antialiasing filter to Catmull-Rom is one of the most important things to getting a good clay render with dark lines.

I hope that helps if not just drop me a pm and ill try to help ya out more.

Well here is a small update.
Im trying to get this finished, but it's been hard to find time to work on it much.

Moved back to working on the rear of the vehicle, started working on the brake light fixtures.

@garethgeezer: Coming from the guy that created that amazing 69 charger, thats a huge complement! Thank you very much, but im no where in your league yet

@Nero: Thanks

@ColdFlame: yup you found my problem areas I've noticed the the pinch on the bumper and have made several atemps at fixing it but seem to just make it worse whenever i try to fix it
The pinch above the window isnt really a pinch, its more of a bump thats been a pain to fix, but I dont see the pinch on the corner of my lower tail light that you pointed out. I've check my mesh closely but cant find it. Perhaps its just a rouge shadow or something, but ill keep checking it.

Thanks All
