Looks real nice. Good work, and good luck with the headlights.

I included a couple shots of the headlight area. If you need more refs of this area or any other you could check these sites out:

Thanks man. These will definately come in handy. Hopefully I will do an interior as well. You'll be the guy I look for when it comes to that point haha.

Looks really good, I saw some minor bumps : on the hood near the crease (on the inner side) and on the rear pillar, behind side glass. But that's really _minor_ bumps, I really like your model. Please do a render from above the car, just to see the motor cover.

I go some minor things done. A member of this forum has kindly assisted me on making grille mesh without using vray displacement which I didn't like so well. So here is a little progress on my Gallardo, a fault with the grille mesh that someone can hlp me with and a look at another car I decided to model *'07 BMW Alpina B6* only because I have to many W.I.P. threads and I don't know how long it will last.

Nope, not bolean. The method of making it is kind of complicated to explain, yet the complete opposite when actually making it.

lol righto...my method is to model one mesh "link" and use the array tool to make a big sheet of mesh with it, then just weld it together...is it similar to that?

alright cool, theres a few things that might be doing it:

first, just grab all the polys and get rid of all smoothing groups and see if that does anything

second, see if the verticies are welded properly around the blotchy areas

and third, maybe your render settings are on low and the GI might be making splotches?

hope it helps
