Nice to see these versions too, great thing is when you have a body style that is based on a similar platform, you do not have to rebuild the whole model, just the details to differentiate the model years. These cars of your are beautiful. I could stare at them for hours, but then I would not get any work done!

wow that last one really has a flat tire 8o

nice job Palat. it looks like the trim around the rear side windows isn't fully straight. (maybe it's strange reflections... i dunno)

Thanks Tiberius!
Silent][Moebius - weird indeed. I will check this, and also do a tweaking on the tailgate.

Meanwhile, the 210 in Onix Black and Colonial Cream:

Thanks Prykie

tomsullivan -- thanks man but well it's got some tweaking issues that demand attention, and i hope i can get back to them. But at this time of the year deadlines begin to get deadly... so maybe next year. Not to be unfair with the 57 i should do yet one more variation, most likely the 2-door post 150.

Tiberius -- yes the Malibu. It was commissioned but the guy never showed up anymore so i just forgot about it. In 2007 i will add chromework and a basic interiorm, slap some Rally mags and call it done.

Back view of the 210:

EDIT - Thanks DrumBoPing!

Very nice! How can you work so fast!

Is it so that the "blips" were not used on this version of the car?

The only thing that have attracted my critical eye : the front lamps look a bit empty, do you have any glass on them?

I think I´ve missed something...do you box model these cars or poly-model? I have a feelng that you start from a box and then add details?

Anyway your work is incredible. So much beaty in one image.

nb - yes the headlight lenses are textured but i may have overdone their transparency rate. Thanks for noticing. As for the blips they were gold-plated separate parts unseen on the lower series, although these still had the "cavities".

rallydriver - usually i go poly by poly, but there are cases -- like the Fiat8V and the Mercury Comet -- that i did start with a box.

And here is the last variation, as promised. Copper color looks good but is incorrect, and i will rerender it in a more exact 2tone in the future. This car was the cheapest version (sales prospect called it "budget-wise) and production reached 70,774 units, less than its 210 counterpart (162,090), even less than the Bel Air version (62,751) -- which would make it a rare item nowadays. Sidetrim was reminiscent of the 55 Bel Air and Chevrolet lettering moved forward of the doors. The Chevrolet blazon adorned the trunk, an exclusive feature of the 150.

Thanks all for the support and crits. I will try to get back to the Zephyr before 2006 draws to a close.

All I can say is awsome!
I thank you for doing the 210 and 150 too.You know that I love the cheaper versions so much, and its kind of sad that they don't get that much attention.

And please man, don't let us die without blueprints of these rides.

Thank you guys!
Tol@te - don't worry i have just uploaded 3 57 Chevy blueprints on the Donation Area. Time permitting will add Nomad and Sport Sedan as well.
Eventually i will do blueprints of all remaining TriChevy models.
Still some tweaking to go: i have doubled the horizontal bars on the grille (somethings just pass unnoticed) and corrected the rearview mirror in most of the 57 models (they were wider than the 55/56 mirror).
I will try some of the TriChevys on this setup and post them in the Rendering section.
A big Thank You to all for the crits, comments and support.
