Stealth B6 WIP

Hi Guys n' Gals

This is my first attempt at a high poly model. I only started modeling in March this year.

Its still only around 65 - 70 % done at the moment and is currently 160,000 polys

I realize there are a few issues around the doors (still not joined up) as well as where the dash and bonnet join up.

let us know what ya think of it.....

yeah it looks too "blocky" to be high polly, either increase the polies or add turbosmooth

90% of the detail are inside the engine bay

the body is only 10k atm, it still needs a lot of work.

Xoliul, unfortunately your right the rear wheels don't quite fit I have been building these off photos of the car. no blueprints yet but have a set coming soon

Is turbosmooth available in max6?

just remember that you never should put a higher modifier than 2 when having the car in the viewports. only for rendering you could do 3 or so, because going higher wouldn't make a visible difference.

also if your comp can't handle it in the viewports, you could hide some objects so they are not rendered.

Silent][Moebius ypur acsolutely right I have to turn off the mash smooth to be able to continue working on the model. Turned it up for a render nad it comes up nicely
