Initial D mod Rfactor

Hi All,

Here is my latest project, it's the initial D mod for rfactor. I will post my updates here. The current stage of the mod is still in the beginning. The cars that are finished is only the R34 (dUh) and the honda s2000 is nearly finished.

The car is always the standard car (right from the factory) And trough the upgrade menu you can buy bodykits for the car. Here are some renders of the standard R34. You can also buy the MCR bodykit for it, maybe i'll include some screens of this kit for the car later on.

The polycount is 15.401 tris, and it was the target to keep it below 18.000 tris. But the polycount includes the eninge and lots of more details you can't see now like the trunk.

The parts that can fall of in the game are: Front and rear bumper, hood and boot. Here's a clay of the engine, there's still a part behind the front bumper, but you'll have to imagine those

No interior is included the ingame package is 15.401.. it has everything, interior, wheels, brakediscs, engine, etc...

if its supposed to be the standard car, it has a dual exaust muffler to one side instead of the dual one exaust setup that is on there right now, nice model other than that

Hi, thanks for the comments

@ coldflame: Yeah i noticed that from the very beginning i made those polygons... tough whatever i did it made it only worse... so i decided to let them stay there for now, until i find a better solution, and btw, that is way more noticable in the clay render than on the model itself

@ J Design, I know about the exhaust, in the clay render you'll notice 2, and in the normal render only 1. this is because of in the hurry i made the clay render, i was to lazy to delete one, and about the stock, I know it isn't the right one, but this is the upgraded one

Oke here some first screens of the honda S2000... still Wip though... C&C appreciated.. i know there are some smoothing problems.. so don't crit them to much
