the lights in the center of the bumper. in the cornors of them it seems like a pinch or something. But there is somethin wrong there 100%. CHeck it out bud. Nice work otherwise. Too bad its not mesh smoothed or anything or mesh smoothed too low.

Yes more smoothing would be good... you wouldn't want it to be possible to see the polygonal edges of the individual faces.

Finally added ALL the posterior engine cover. There are some minor smoothing problems that I'll fix very soon:

and finally opened:

'Bout time you finished!!...Well, ALMOST finished

Fantastic work chief. This is an award-winning project. I hope you're as proud of it as we all are for show-casing this piece on the forum.

Congratulations!!

Thanks, but it's not finished.

I must model the mirrors!

...and replicate perfectly the livery with original sponsors!

The work is really enough long to finish, but today we should be happy! My 512s 3d model was born exactly an year ago! I model the engine block on october, the 22th, 2006!

It is definitely a piece of master work. Others here put that level of details (maybe more, like Tom Sullivan with his Camaro) but you're the only one I've seen here to put such an effort in both modeling and rendering.

And by the way, what a beast this car ! It looks like the mother of all long tails Really impressive.

Wow this looks absolutely fantastic. As an Italian you must feel proud to show the world this not so known beauty, and to do it in a so amazing and superb way. Hard to find the words to describe you work. Out of this world no doubt.

Congrats, and happy birthday too!

This monstrous project, an year after its start, is quite finished.
I added the mirrors, but I need to model the Ferrari badge on the nose. I also changed the carpaint that now is more reflective.
