Hi,

Spare wheel added:

Minor improvements:

1) Fixed a visible poligon surface error in the front of the car
2) I increased the height of tyre tread from 3 millimeters to 5

Finally I upadated my system to a Pentium IV 2.8Gh, so from now more HQ renderings in minor time!

so far the stuff is looking excellent! ... although, are tire walls supposed to be completely black inside the orange line, and where it says firestone?

excellent stuff, the only hthing i could whine about would be the tire tread, it looks too sharp, and not like rubber actually. maybe add a slight chamfer to the edges of the tread, but if that would kill your comp and rendering times then just leave it be

Thanks!

The whole model is in this moment more than 1,4 millions of polys, so, sadly, I'll never chamfer tyre thread. Polycount is just too high!

Added side fairings around radiators:

I added the doors and the windscreen:

Doors are pivoted, so I can open them:

I completed this step with a new studio lighting setup to better glass look!

Ciao!

This roof need work. You have pinches around that small sunroof hole or whatever you want to call it.
And then you also have bumps in these two areas.

Excellent, you're right with the new studio setup : glass look very natural.

Your work is fantastic, everyone knows it. The best thing is that we can't get used to your work : each time you post, jaws drop because of progress.

You were in right!

So I re-modeled completely the roof using new smoother splines and changed the reflection map.
