I think you should add some more polys to the rim, it looks really edgy as of now.

Mat paint is well done, but I'm not sure it suits the color. Of course, as usual, it's up to you to choose

thanks for the replies, i just used red cause it is Christmas, but i don't know i kinda like the red on the car, cause its different most people will go for white ,silver or black

@ et_fone_home - well it took me a lot of tries to get the look i wanted, there was a lot of trial and error that went into setting up the studio but its still not complete, but basically i use 3 area lights with linear fall off and mapped a ramp to the light colour and also used a sphere also mapped with a ramp for colour ambient and incandescence.

thanks, heres the sidewall and im done with it......i think there was hardly any ref for this sidewall so heres a render and a happy new year to everyone....oh never mind the disc brakes.

The paint looks fantastic ! I'm not fan of the tuning or of the color, but technically you've achieved a superb picture. Congratulations !

Just a little critic : the reflection within the side mirror cover doesn't match the background.

thanks tom yea the background was just a radial gradient in photoshop and also the rendered background looked terrible, but i will fix it next time

yea I know......work and that audio class i was telling you about......i got an A.....its a pretty sweet class to be able to create sounds for your animations.......listening to the animation with the SFX sounds sweet dude...ill send it to u later...ill be on MSN this weekend
