Honda CRX project..New modeler

Well this is my first ever car model so I thought I'd share with you. I have been reading this site for a bit but never contributed anything....I am useing cinema 4D..maybe not the best program for this but I am going to be learning this program in school so I figured I'd start the learning with this... here it is, the start of the hood spline cage.

from this

to these
Got the hood pretty much laid out... will update regularly

Nope your software is just fine! Its not the software that makes your models kickass its the user

It seems like a good start to be, but will you be using the spline cage as reference or will the model be in splines?

most people find the A3 tutorial on 3d-Palace very helpful as it is a free video tutorial... not the best modelling technique IMO but still get the same result..

I think you should finish your cage and then post because there isnt really anything complicated in drawing lines and people will get board fast.
