Hey, yea ive been unmotivated lol so I havent did any work for a while but im trying to get back into modeling. Im going for something similar to this pic. Its stock with a lip kit to keep the stock look but a little more agressive

im hoping, im still pretty scared to do interior since im not that good with exterior but i gotta try sometime so hopefully. If I do the engine, im going to do the greddy twin turbo kit on it. Thats what my friend has so it makes it easy for references

OK I did a little work. The indent where the front logo goes has a bunch of 3 and 5 sided polys. When i make them 4 sided, im getting pinching and wavy surfaces but when i leave them as 3 and 5 sided polys, im getting a smooth mesh so for now, im leaving it.

Next, I did the crease near the intake(front bumper) that mpfive mentioned(smcars) and its there but with this material, you really cant see it but if you look at the wire, its a 3 side bevel.

The front bumper, im going to do a bit later. with the lip added, it'll be much lower on the front side

Please C&C welcomed

Looking really good Sometimes, I also get better results with 3 or 5 sided polygons instead of 4 sided polygons.

mpfive - thanks

Masakari987 - I know, I never understand how that works lol. Ohh man thanks for your render setting, they look so sweet.

Catlin - Super low pro. I might might the tire bigger soon but after i finish the back bumper and then the wheel wells, then ill finish the rims. I might go with the ones form the pic of the car im making on page 1.

Well time for me to get started on the front bumper. My biggest nightmare lol I hate front and back bumpers, they have always been my hardest things to model

Yeah, I don't know why it is that way, either. I guess it's just maya's weird way of handling polygons. As for the render settings, your welcome

Your model is looking even better Good luck with the bumper
