Rims

After watching RedStar's tutorial about the Nismo rim I've decided to do one by myself . In few days I'll add more, but now I'm just makin' Accent.

First rim is Enkei OR 52. I know that texture isn't very good , cos' right now it is made from 3/4 picture from internet. I'll do better when I'll start using photoshop or some other advanced program.

I also attached picture I've found on internet so you can know how original one looks.

Looks nice, i think it'd look better if u made the bolt holes though

yeh me 2 and considering the texture is a different colour to the rim suggests you need to change your material

I haven't really got motivation for modelling Accent today, so I decided to model another rim and after 1h15m of work it is ready.

Second rim is 5ZIGEN FN01R-C. I'll do other colors and post renders in studio later.

Catlin - What do you mean? Is it fast or slow? I'm still learning and that was my second real rim.

I have made materials similar to available colors of this one and rendered it in studio.

Yeah I know but I had some short breaks and I was also watching tutorial and searching for images in that time. I've also had some symmetry problem and I spend 20 minutes on discovering how can I fix it.

hey do some clays aswell because ur chrome materials arent the greatest but dw itll come in time and hey im still crappy at materials ..
reason i say this is that we can c it better, still post the ones with mats so we can help u improve it but also with clays so we can crit the actuall model

It´s not about the time but the quality...
(An hour for a rim isin´t much when you put effort on it)
