I was wondering when you would get back to it, finally you did

thats one hell of a model It really is very good! I attaced an image with the only things i could find.

Red: you have some really smalle bumps there, should be not to hard to fix
Blue: the mat is very grainy, i don't think it should be that way. but well it's still a test

I really hope you have the motivation to finish it because you have an amazing project here, a project you don't see every day and you're doing it superb!

Thanks everyone for comments.

Erik_S, yes I know : I will fix them later, and the red material is better now. Not yet good, but better It should be a bit grainy, as this engine cover is cast.

I know it's far from being completed. But I think I will post it anyways, so I will spend the last time I've for CG tonight to produce final renders and wires.

I still don't know which color I'll be using. Orange, yellow, red, blue, maybe apple green or turquoise : yes Palat, I said I loved your turquoise idea

I would really like to thank anyone who looked here or helped during the contest. I'm done with the Ariel within the contest, so I posted my definitive entry : http://www.smcars.net/forums/contest...tml#post181093

I think I will keep working on it after the contest. I have a long list of things to fix, and no real motivation for another car I could start working on. I just consider some of my previous projects as not close, for example the Aston Martin DB9. Mainly because I haven't seen any killer work on this car.

So future work will be either Atom II or DB9.

I didn't see end caps on the pipe intersections, If you have a back view you might want to add them. I think it looks great so far. And keep adding details hopefully you make time for this project because its very interesting. 0-60 in 2.9 seconds is a great machine and a good choice good luck.
