As for mixing the render with wire, VERY easy. follow these quick steps. Do a render region, or render out a regular pic, then using the same camera from which you rendered, do a screen cap (print screen does fine), then open photoshop, go file>new>ok, then just paste the screen cap, after that, bring the render in, put it on a layer on top of the screen cap, and play with the opacity.
