Ferrari F40

Ferrari F40 WIP

One of my all time favorite supercars

I have the body pretty well roughed out and need to start cutting in all the ducts. Also need to finish the wheels and a few other details, not sure if I'll do the interior.

Heres an update. I did the headlights and some ducts and a few other odds and ends.

Another update. More ductwork and some badges. Lots of tweaks all over. These are just default max materials BTW.

Does anyone have any comments or critiques?

You should post some wires, too, but from what I can see, you definitely have an excellent mesh there. The only thing I can put my finger on is the nose being too long and not curved enough (as with all F40s following the blueprints).

I shortened up the nose a bit and rounded the corners -thanks! I decided to model the "prancing horse" that goes on the rear and a cut most of the body panels.

Mind you, these are only my suggestions, but I personally believe they would improve accuracy. As you can see, your bonnet needs some slight curvature, too. Not that my drawing is 100% accurate or anything close hereto, but in addition to my first comment, they do give an idea of what I mean. But of course, you decide for yourself Also, the small front intakes are slightly wrong.
Great work nonetheless. I will certainly be watching this project

T-Shine thanks for your comments, they have been helpful. I took ou about 1/2 the distance between the front end and the headlights and reworked the shape of the small intake hole. Exterior is almost done...

The exterior is almost done, just need to work out a couple of "issues". Heres a couple of default scanline renders.
