Very lovely camera angle, but a little too much of dof. Decrease it and the rendering will be better!

As just mentioned, it's not so much the materials, the model, the camera angle, or even the perspective, but the depth of field is what makes the car most look out of scale. The greater the depth of field, the smaller the perceived scene is. This is how people make pictures of scenery then make the pictures look like toys/dioramas : just add lots of depth of field...
