Nice new renders, but your modelling isnt looking too well with Reflected surface, as you can see there are alot of bumps everywhere. I suggest you to remodel the bumpy areas, because those are one cause of Bad render shots because of imperfections in the model. But still if its only for learning to render better, dont worry about the car. Some of the Materials need tobe reflective like the car paint, Keep it up!

thnx, but i'm willing to make the model better as well.. I'm still new with showing my models and didn't know people were so much into details because in my eyes it's perfectly modeled, it misses only the spoiler, the grill is not brabus in the front and the grills on top of the hood is missing. Can you show me were exactly u see those bumps by making arrows or somethng on the picture so that i can remodel them?

Accuracy and attention to details are two things here that are really valued. That's the reason why we bother you with such details.

This is the price to pay when you show your work. You have two options :
- Take care of the feedback you've got. In this case, read the critics, try to understand, request further explanation if you don't understand, correct the issues if you agree, explain why you won't correct if you disagree, and ask for tips if you want to correct but are unable to. That way, you'll improve your skills and your work.
- Don't give a s*** about what is said on your work. In this case, the critics will slow down, and you'll only be able to get sarcastic comments like "oh my god this is the best work I've ever seen in 5 years in CG world, you're my master, you're a god".

So you have to make your choice : blue pill or red pill ?

About the bumps, I've spotted the most visible ones, please see the pictures below. You should really post some clay renders, bumps are easier to find on clay renders.

I think tom120934, had got the bumps where i was talking about.

One thing about modeling cars is that there is a real life item to compare it with. This makes it harder to perfect the model, since in 3D its not real until its in your hand. So to get a perfect render which looks realistic, Details need to be accurate. I understand that the Brabus Builit dont have many refs that you can look at, but when you look at some of the places, it should looks smooth and not bend. When modeling i always use a reflective material on half of the car, which is smoothed. So this helps me spot bumps before its too late. I think you should post your WIP from the start of your modeling, so its easy to spot and easy to change.

But its never too late to tweak (unless your using Nurbs)

Keep going, i want to see more of this Beast!

hehe witch one is the blue pill?

i know the critics r very important. that's why i'm on this forum. i know i've still got a lot to learn about 3dsmax. So Thnx for the feedback. I've fixed some of the bumps but i've got a very irritating problem now. i don't know how to explain but when i click symmetry the wires go a little crazy. i've put a picture with and without symmetry. I hope this can be fixed

(this is the same problem i have with the licence plate on the back witch u had marked as a bump)

i've put a clay render as well

you're right, but i made the bullit just before i came to smcars so that was the reason it was already finished. i'm posting the c63 amg from the start now. Let's see how that goes
