the tires and the red plastic are the only things holding this car back IMO...
The tires, IMO should be one color, instead of having the print be a lighter shade of gray, and they should be nice and shiny if they're brand new, the only thing that lets you notice the print is the fact they're protruding out from the tire wall. *ref pic to show what I'm talking about* The red plastic at the door has a white insert in your reference pictures that doesn't seem to be in your model, and, if you're using scanline rendering, you should come in to the materials for the red plastic, and adjust the filter color to a more red hue, so that your plastic piece actually tints what's behind it more realisically. ![]()

the glossiness in the reference picture I posted is really more of a reflection than a specular highlight. Tighten up the highlight size (make it smaller), and then add some nice reflection there. definitely don't overdo the reflection though, and make sure you use fall-off for the reflectivity. you don't want it looking like a chrome wheel. And also I'd recommend that you don't use any reflectivity on your tire tread, and perhaps lighten the material some, and add some scuff markings on the tread. This will make it look like the car has actually had some travel on the tires, rather than being air-lifted into the scene with a helicopter.
