Off-Road Car

I decided to show my latest work. I'm fighting with this about 2-3 weeks, and I still don't know how it will be looking in the end I try to model all the parts best I can, but sometimes it's hard to find good references pic. Enough talking, this is what I have:

lookin sharp... nice level of detail... but on a 4x like that woudlnt' you want a fully boxed frame for strength?! Love to see more.

the details look nice. the tread seem to protrude a little too abruptly in my opinion but i have no off-roading experience so it could be correct.

a couple things i notice, but you should not care, becuae no one else would pick up on things like this

your RAM JET intake manifold, it seens to be setting on the block, the base for the those thing are higher because the air needs to get to the cylinder heads.

http://www.ajgeneral.com/image_manag...ate_Engine.jpg

see on the pictures how the channals finish basicly at the top at the vavle covers?

the pther thing this is you enigne is a bit of a mix, it looks like you dissy is goin to be at the back so i am thinking its a Chevy block
but you exhaust manifold say differently, a SBC exhaust goes [ ]-[ ][ ]-[ ] where you have [ ]-[ ]-[ ]-[ ]
but the new LS chev block have that exhaust set up but they use ignition coils not a dissy

like i said if you dont change them no one will know its not that impartant is just i love the detail
great modeling!!

If you can turn, your not going FAST enough

Excellent modeling ! Nice to have one more details maniac here at SMCars !

Tom is right about your work, no one will ever notice it except him, of course. One more thing, the end of the gearbox on the 3rd picture needs to be completed.

Please keep us updated !

Yeah, I know that engine have some misunderstandings. I have only front side blueprint of 528 cid , and lot of pictures of others engines, so I mixed them

Anyway, exhaust and intake will be different, because I will make 4 turbocharger's system

This is first version of my engine , with 4 Weber DCOE carbs. After this I decide to make twin turbo
