I've danced around making this car highpoly for TOO long now. I've made a game version, i've souped that up to "too highpoly for games", and now its time to make a model so detailed i want my PC to crash when i load the scene. Here's the 1st pic so far, the headlight. The detail on this isn't done yet, but expect this kinda stuff all the way through the whole car.

Weird about what's going on with the board. As for just posting a headlight... wel normally i wouldn't do something like this but i'm cramming detail into every crevice of this car so i'm showing progress on it all, detail that would be lost in a "regular view" of the car.

dont forget the level/gauge in the viper headlights (to show angle of
headlights) since it stands out alot. itheres many here in this rich town
(no im not) and a couple days ago i was looking at a few upclose.

Another quick update, fixed some issues with the light and also fixed a big geometry problem with the hood as it curves down behind the wheel. Also added some vents and some reflection

More tweaking the shape of the hood, i think i have it now though. Real bitch to get right

Some of the front done, fixed some nice reflection with a tiny bit of blur, fixed the lights a bit, made that side bar too.

Oh, and did i mention a bit of the front too?

I'll do more work than this before the next update. It feels like i've done a hell of a lot, but it's just tweakin and changing stuff 'cause im being a perfectionist.

out of the middle of the headlight housing.
