Hey everyone...I am currently working on an environment scene depicting a pursuit through an industrial building and this is one of the vehicles for it...I would like to put them all under one thread but putting it separate I think would make it easier to preview.
It is heavily based off the same visual detail of the Lambo from NFS: Most Wanted for those who are familiar with it.
This is one of the vehicles involved in the scene...the whole car took 3 days to model...both in and out with after market rims and spoiler in 2 days. The whole thing took a week and a half after texturing.
One issue I am really concerned with is the decals not rendering properly..I am rendering with HDRI in Maya 2008 and turned off the cast receive in render stats.
So far its not helping.
And some tips on how to create a car paint surface shader would be great as well.
