Doesn't look bad to me for a first. I really don't see how this is you FIRST MODEL EVER, but not bad at all. As for the rendering program, many seem to underestimate the default renderers for some reason.

About rear wing. Try to make edges more sharpen. Also fix this spots that picture show you.

one more thing when you are modeling the car it better to post wireframes and clay renders cause its easier to see the shape and form of the car and also easier to see if there are any errors and bumps on the mesh...keep it up man

If you wont to change color of wire...

Just select object, right click, than click on object properties and on new pop up screen change color to, for example, black. You wire is now black. I always put some light gray color on object and black wire.

It really like a nice model. And orange suits it very well.

I have a few critics. I'm not sure of these, because I don't know the car and maybe it's supposed to be that way. Please don't mind if some critics are irrelevant. Here are they :

You have a too sharp edge between the inner bottom corner of the headlights. It looks like you have two too close rows.

The front bottom of rear wheel arch is not round enough.

You have a bump above the rear wheel arch.

The edge above the rear light is a bit angular at one place.

The front bumper is wavy just in front of the front wheel arch.

Keep us updated !
