Golf GTI's are best when they are stock.

Looking great, just a small glitch on the front wheelarch (between the arch and door).

I agree with you, stock is better
For the wheelarch, yes, I already fixed that but thanks for pointing it

Some news renders

very nice i like the camera angle in the first render but this maybe nit picking when car wheels turn they lean towards where the its turning to. the front wheels in the first render should lean like this /. maybe not as extreme s this pic http://robson.m3rlin.org/cars/wp-con...sl55k-copy.jpg

The overall look of your pictures is really coherent. Great achievement. And keep it stock for sure : what NightEye said for GTI only, I agree for all cars from anywhen and anywhere !

Currently project : Lamborghini Murcielago LP640 Roadster

@ younglion : I can assure you that on a stock GTI, the wheels take no vertical angle when you turn them. This is because of the front suspension geometry.

As you can see on the following pic (thanks to PassionGolfGTI, the french Golf 1 & 2 GTI bible for the pic)

@ tom : totally agree with you

Nice to see you're back on it. Can't see too well what could matter with tyres but rims material looks like they have standard max's material settings

Here is what I'm talking about.

You're right for the rims material, needs some work. Thanks for the comment.

Yes, actually this is just a plane with a VrayLightMtl applied on it. Just a texture for the material.

I forgot to hide it before the render...
