To render in clay:
1. Choose mental ray as your render engine 2. Choose raytrace in the material editor 3. Set the specular a little higher 4. Go to render 5. Hit render and then you should be rendering in clay. But don't forget to have turbo smooth on. ![]() I.L.M.4.E

Yes it looks very good so far but as already said clay render would help us to see is there any pinches/error and by that help you to find them at begining when it's easier to fix
